• You may upload course materials, emails, client data, and other content (“User Content”).
• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and use your User Content solely to provide the Services, including training AI agents and generating automated responses.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use all User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

• Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content, responses, and automation workflows.
• AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with your clients or in your business.
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

• Some Services require a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms will be presented at signup.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days prior notice via email or platform notification.
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

• Our Services may integrate with third-party service providers (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, scheduling tools, payment processors, cloud hosting).
• Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the actions, failures, or data practices of third-party services.

• The Services, including software, design, features, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Next Level Coach AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees
• Misuse the Services or engage in fraudulent activity

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, though we may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or produce specific business results.
• We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next Level Coach AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
